Yes, our support team is available to assist you.
We charge a low commission fee for our services. We plan to introduce one subscription package with two payment choices. You'll be informed ahead of time. Merchants can choose between a monthly charge of ₹ 125 + GST or an annual fee of ₹ 1,200 + GST, depending on what works best for them.
No, you can add unlimited products.
No, we don't have a limit for that either.
Buyers can raise a return request- our platform only deals with return requests. Refund requests are to be taken up with the sellers since the inventory is owned by them and not the platform.
