1 Who can use OrderBooks?
Any person or company who is selling any products and or services can use OrderBooks to create and sell via their own personal e-commerce store to their customers online. Make your e-commerce website at your own pace and convenience. Please read Terms & Conditions for a list of prohibited items or services on OrderBooks.
2 Can I participate in building features and functionalities in OrderBooks?
At OrderBooks, we strongly believe that our users have a significant role in helping us build and add new features & functionalities and making new services available, which will help other users like yourself improve, build, and grow your business. We also encourage our users to help us find and improve all those features & functionalities which may not be functioning as desired. We also encourage our users to help each other use OrderBooks better. 3 Will OrderBooks deliver the orders received from my E-commerce store?
The seller can choose between OrderBooks delivery partner (ShipRocket) or any other delivery service of their choice.

5 Is OrderBooks free to use?
At OrderBooks, we believe in providing a simple and unrestricted platform for sellers to use. We charge a low commission fee for our services.
We plan to introduce one subscription package with two payment choices. You’ll be informed ahead of time. Merchants can choose between a monthly charge of ₹ 125 + GST or an annual fee of ₹ 1,200 + GST, depending on what works best for them.
6 Are there limits on the number of products in OrderBooks?
No. You can add unlimited products.
7 Are there limits on numbers of orders processed on OrderBooks?
No. The platform places no limits on orders processed in terms of orders received, returns or cancellations.
8 What happens when returns and refunds need to be processed?
Buyers can raise a return request in the specific order details page.
Orderbooks is a technology service that helps in the creation of online stores and the selling of the listed products. The products listed on the platform/app are not owned or promoted by Orderbooks. They are the property of the Sellers on the Orderbooks platform/app. Buyers are requested to contact the sellers directly regarding the any refunds.
9 What type of products cannot be listed on OrderBooks?

10 Can I migrate my existing website to OrderBooks?
Migration is not possible at this time. For the convenience of buyers, you can put the link to your OrderBooks online store on any webpage or social media profile.
11 Is KYC mandatory?
Yes. Please visit KYC page for details on documents to be submitted.
